[Win][Steam] The hint about a journal update shouldn't display before the referred to conversation

1. Start a new game.
2. Go to Nashkel.
3. Talk to Volo either about the mines or Brage.

Observed
The hint about a journal update displays before the conversation it refers to and is therefore often overseen.

Expected
The hint should appear after the referred to conversation as usual.

Notes
The screenshots are from the german version but the bug occurs in the english version as well (tested).
