[Dupe] Declining Branwen to join the group shouldn't create an entry in outstanding quests

1. Start a new game.
2. Go to Nashkel Carnival.
3. Rescue Branwen.
4. Talk to Branwen.
5. Decline Branwen to join the group.

Observed
The journal entry displays in outstanding quests.

Expected
The journal entry should display in done quests.

Notes
- The screenshot is from the german version but the bug occurs in the english version as well (tested).
- Similar case: Denying help for Edwin in killing Dynaheir results in a journal entry at the done quests-section.
