How do I install mods on iMac?

Hello everyone, I have a little problem with the mod for iMac.
Then I found and downloaded the mod made especially for the operating system OS X, inside have a file called setup-XXXXXX.command that should start the installation.

I tried to open it but normally I am told that I do not have the required privileges, I have changed the permissions and nothing, I tried to start the THE INSTALLATION of this file as well as a terminal and same thing, permission denied.

How do I install mods on iMac?
