Vampire/Hexxat Burning without cloak help?

Hi guys, I am currently Rping my own vampire PC that I created though mods, I've powered him down a little bit as he was a bit too powerful imo, but its working out nicely now. However, I have added a second cloak of Dragomir in the console because I am unsure how to replicate Hexxats effect. The effect where she burns and starts dying during the day, I want that same effect applied to my character as well.
Up until now I have been just wearing the cloak during the day and taking it off at night, but I am unsatisfied with that. Could you guys who are more knowledgeable with how the game works etc, please point me in the right direction as to how to resolve this for me. I know its an effect or script of some kind in the keeper editor I can add, I'm just not sure what. Thanks guys.
