Single Player is seriously missing Character Arbitration Mode

I would personally love for Single Player to have the Character Arbitration mode available.
Lets say i did make a party of six... And i wanted a cleric in my current party this time? i would have to copy the single player save to the mpsave. And back again. One would say... why not just play multiplayer? I prefer to skip past the multiplayer functions myself.
