Orricks first inventory update is not functioning properly.

I have encountered a bug where after Orrick updates his stock for the first time, I only gained access to a fraction of the items he is supposed to offer (He only updated with Lance of Disruption, Mordekainen's Force Missiles & Shout).

I'm not sure whats going on, but later on in the game I received his second inventory update without issue, and on a separate playthough again I also received the first update as normal in its entirety.

I cant do it just now, but I'll attach a save file later on.

I can confirm this also happened to me exactly as descibed during Chapter 2 with only the 3 spells added to Orrick's inventory. I fixed it using the debug console, as described here: http://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/comment/650233/#Comment_650233
