Restoring purchase

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I am using iOS and I try to restore all the DLC characters I already purchased and it restored all of them but Nerra the wild Mage. Can I do anything to restore her? If not do I try to contact apple or should I contact the app developers?
