Please can we have 'Tasha's Uncontrollable Hideous Laughter'?

I just love the idea of this spell. It's a 2nd level Wizard Spell (2nd edition) that initially causes the victim to start giggling but escalates with each round until they are literally rolling on the floor laughing.
The best bit though is: "The material components are a small feather and minute tarts. The tarts are hurled at the subjects, while the feather is waved in one hand."
(To add to the lunacy, while I was typing this I started picturing the "minute tarts" as some sort of dwarven trollops.)
