Dragon Disciple is unable to choose Spells

in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
I'm using 2 mods, the Wild Mage addition and Tome and Blood. The Dragon Disciple can't select any spells at the beginning of the game, and even leveling up, has no spells. I uninstalled the mods, and have the same issue. Should I reinstall ID:EE completely?

    Probably, if you're using Tome and Blood then you pick spells through dialogue under the "special abilities" tab or whatever.

    Thank you! I still noticed being unable to choose spells for a Dragon Disciple even at first level, it says there are 0 available spells, shows me the spell list, and I can't select anything. I'm looking through files to see if something went wrong on install

    It's easy enough to remove and reinstall. At least with Steam.
