Thalantyr upgradables

It would be great if Thalantyr could upgrade some equipment, just like Cromwell and Caspenar can do. I’m not asking for hoards of upgradable stuff, but three or four items would be nice; just to have a few pieces to look out for while adventuring.

    There are a few mods that do this, and I could think of other people that could give you upgradable or forgable equipment, like Abalzzir (sp?) and that smithy guy in Beregost.

    I know, but it might take a while before there are mods out for the enhanced edition. Haven't used any for BG1, but from what I've experienced in some BG2 mods many items are good while other are unbalanced. The devs usually balance items better then some modders (no offence to modders, they do a great job, keep on modding). Beside, I am just asking for a few items to look out for.
