Dexterity bug with Longbow of Action: +2 and Deep Red Ioun Stone

Equipping the Longbow of Action: +2 found in Severed Hand Keep when the Deep Red Ioun Stone is already equipped does not increase the character's dexterity (in this case base 18, +1 from Deep Red Ioun Stone, +1 from Longbow - character record shows Dex of 19). Removing the Ioun Stone reduces Dex down to 18. Removing and then equipping the longbow will set Dex to 19 and then equipping the Ioun Stone will correctly set Dex to 20.
