[Not an Issue] Can't acces EE games on ipad from iCloud

I am playing BGEE and IWDEE on my iPad and iPhone 5S. Then the wife removed the apps, she is not Mac savvy but was getting messages stating our cloud was full and was concerned about getting billed more. I can still see them in my iCloud, but I cannot open them. I also cannot update BGEE though it shows as having a pending update in the update section of the App Store. Help....

    Never mind. It was the restriction level on Apps. My wife changed it to 4+. I reset it and now I can reload.
