Can my laptop run this game?

It is saying that I cannot, but I wanted a 2nd opinion from the forums. Dell's sweetheart intel truly has been a bane on my life. One of these days I'm going to get a kickass laptop.

Possibly. Most computers that run these days run open gl 2.0 I think. Even laptops. Do you happen to have your model number or any more information?

Also not sure what configuration you have but it ran just fine on my Dell D610 until that computer turned into a brick. The intel graphics problems were pretty much fixed 6 months or so after the release date so that website is out of date and, if your machine is similar to mine, it should be fine:

But I had upgraded to 1 gig of memory -- which cost me 14 dollars or so. Probably much less now. Check out memory prices -- more memory can make a huge difference.

Hmm... according to the website you cited, @Kaliesto, I shouldn't be able to run BGEE on my computer because my laptop (a Lenovo Ideapad z510) uses Intel HD Graphics 4600... but I've been able to run it just fine.

I don't know what video card or chipset your laptop is using, but if it's Intel, you can check their website to see whether it's compatible with OpenGL 2.0:

Of course, the graphics is only one small part of the minimum requirements, but I thought I'd just put in my 2 cents. :)

It does not have any HD graphics or any of those fancy graphic cards sadly.

So what model laptop is it? (should say below the screen). Also on the label on the bottom.

SystemRequirementsLab is viewed unfavorably in my eyes. It gives me wrong results consistently and every game it told me I could not run, I've been able to just fine.

Hmm, then everyone disregard this topic. Sucks it turns that site is unreliable. I just order the game anyway from the UK. I will find out if it will run or not.
