Allow discussion with Charmed Creatures

In BG1, you could charm a creature and talk to it. There are a lot of conversations in BG1 including a conversation with charmed Centeol (lady from Cloakwood tied to Irenicus), charmed Dynaheir, and more that cannot happen because of legacy BG2's silence on charm effect.

Please allow us the option or modders the option to be able to talk to Charmed Creatures.
