Strength gives 18/50 while Strength of One gives 18/75.
However, neither of those percentages make much sense.

There's a reason both of these spells were changed for Icewind Dale to grant 18/51 and 18/76 strength, respectively. Granting a single percentage dice lower than the next 'rank' of strength as it were is really misleading. If the spells granted 18/01 and 18/51 respectively, there wouldn't be any difference.
Either change these spells, or change the way percentage dice works so each rank works like this:
18/01 -> 18/49
18/50 -> 18/74
18/75 -> 18/89
18/90 -> 18/99
Either way works. I'd prefer the latter because it makes more sense than the current way things work and it benefits players more during character creation in the smallest, slightest way.
