#15973 [All] Ground Icon for Robe of Cold Resistance should not appear detached after killing Arkion

1. Load attached save file
2. Kill Arkion
3. The robe he drops on the ground should look fragmented, with a part of the image appearing away from where it should be, or possibly attached to a character (the smaller fragment of the image can move with the character).
