No cleric or druid

Has anyone ever been crazy enough to try this game with a no cleric or druid party?

I kinda want single classes of Paladin, Fighter, Barb, Ranger, Thief and Sorcerer/Mage

    It's not particularly crazy to do something like that. This game isn't nearly hard enough even on HoF Insane to punish you for awkward compositions. Go nuts! In fact, it's probably more fun that way, if you just choose a setup you find interesting for whatever reason.

    The "rest until healed" option in gameplay makes this much easier than it should be.

    Still, this idea becomes more interesting if you can find a way for everyone to heal themselves or not take damage. A dragon disciple can regenerate, a paladin can lay on hands, a ranger can cast cure. What about the rest?

    There's a belt for sale in the Necromancers tower in HoW that regenerates 1 hp/round.

    All that said, clerics and Druids are two of the most powerful and fun classes in IWDee IMO.
