Will Shaman be a playable class in BG1 and BG2?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Hey probably a somewhat obvious question but there doesn't seem to be any indication that this is the case on the page so I was wondering if there was any confirmation the class will be added to the full BG series. Also if so when will it be available for BG1 and BG2, at the same time as SoD comes out? Thank you in advance.

    Once it is importable... it wouldn't make much sense to disable it. It would be actually extra work for nothing beneficial.
