Purchased Wrong Version

Hi, I recently purchased the PC version of BGEE without realizing you had a separate page for purchasing the Mac version, which is the version I wanted. I have opened two support requests but so far (48 hours later) still no response or activity on either one. I really want to get this resolved as quickly as possible but there's nothing more I can do at this point.
