can't pre-generate

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hello everyone
I recently bought BG EE, BG 2 EE and IWD EE and love all 3!!
But i have this issue, i can pre-generate characters in both BG and IWD, but not in BG 2.
Can you guys help me?
(sorry for my english)

    solved!!
    went to gog to re-down load the game and saw that an update is available!
    i updated the game and everything is working now :D
