Pre-Tactics Standalone Improved Ilyich (non-ToB)

Subj. Does any of you, guys, happen to have this mod by chance? Specifically, I'm looking for a standalone Improved Ilyich mod (yes, it was a separate mod before it became a component of Tactics).

    yeah it was ....AGES ago..

    but now there's no such thing like non-ToB Improved Ilyich. Zivago is summoning a certain powerful creature (using HLA a ToB concept) - thats why (plus other things) ToB is required.
