Any mod or trick to fix the tooltips when using scaled UI?

In all three EE games, if I enable Scaled UI (and I must, my monitors are 1440p), UI tooltips get messed up. The text is off-centered. A google search revealed people speaking about that back in 'road to 1.3' threads so I assume this is a known issue.
If I unscale UI, they're properly centered. It may not seem like a big deal, but sometimes it makes some info hard to read.
Is there any solution to this?
