Dorn is gone

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Kinda forgot to do his first quest until he got mad and left saying he would wait next to the Radiant Hall building in the Temple District.
Problem is he is not there at his usual spot and I kinda ended up overwriting my save, is there a way to spawn him in his current state with the console or something?
