Edain mod for BFME 2: Rise of the Witch-King

Please, is there anyone who can provide detailed information about this mod? I don't know what to do after downloading the last version ( 4.0) of the mod.... The installation program should start automatically but nothing happens....

EDIT: Just fixed it! I had to add the .exe extension to it, since the file didn't have an extension.
