[Windows] Inns don't support the identify option

in BG:EE Bugs (v1.3)
In BG:EE (and BG2:EE), Inn store-types which are flagged "can identify" don't show the identify button in the game.

As example "The Friendly Arm" (FRIEND.STO) and the "Ulgoth's Beard Store and Inn" (ULGOTH.STO).
