Reintalling BG2EE

Hey everyone,
I've messed my game up somehow when installing some mods (random dialog appears instead of classes during character creation as well as in the Record Page) and I figured reinstalling would most likely solve my issues as uninstalling the mods haven't worked.
Could anyone help me out? I know I can remove the game from my Beamdog launcher but I was unsure if doing so would force me to download the game again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
