DESTROY fragment Astral BG2EE | TOWER OF DECEPTION

Guys I installed the mod on the astral fragment located in the tower, I deleted the guardian, but I can not destroy the fragment, no weapon is effective as I destroy it? HELP ME!

Then there is the blade of the twilight that I can not even use because intelligence phew there a solution?
