Mother Egenia/Sister Calliana quest problem

Hi all
I have this issue where Mother Egenia hasn't returned to Kuldahar/Sister Calliana never thanked my party for saving her. I've only discovered this issue trying to return the bones of the undead paladin from Dorns Deep and there are no dialogue options at the Kuldahar temple.
I'm hoping there is a console fix to advance the Egenia/Calliana quest which should solve my current problem with poor old paladin corpse (I am hoping for new loot
)
