Bug: Exporting a character with a custom voice set doesn't have their voice activated on a new game

Observed: When using the Pre-Generate character option at character creation or starting a new game then exporting from the character info screen, a character who is utilizing a custom voice set doesn't have their voice set activate when starting a new game. This leaves the character with no voice set and nothing is heard at all when issuing commands or selecting the character. To access the voice set I want, I would have to go to the character info screen then the customize menu after starting the game and manually select which voice set I'd like to use.

Expected: When using the Pre-Generate character option at character creation or starting a new game then exporting from the character info screen, the voice set I selected for my character at character creation will always be present if exported as a pre-made character then used again, whether for single player or multiplayer. Changes won't have to be done manually after starting the game for the desired voice set to be used.
