BG2EE on android phones

I'm buying 5.5 inch android phone soon and I wanted to try playing the EE games on it. I was wondering a few things and was hoping someone here could enlighten me:

- If you get a new phone or tablet, can you install it on that as well or do you need to buy it again?

- Have you played it on a phone and is it doable, or is a bigger screen (tablet or the like) required?

- Are there specific phones on which it will or will not work?

I hope someone has some answers for me. Thanks a bunch in advance!

I'm playing on a Samsung tab 3 lite and its doable. Unless your phone is as large as my tablet, don't do it dude. It's already bothersome at times to precisely click/tap or scroll up or down. I imagine it would be near impossible on a phone..
