Left bar gone. [Android]

My left menu bar is missing now. If I go back to a previous save it's there but starting up my most recent save it's missing. Restarting the device doesn't solve it. It's now part of the save game.
I read in the archive this was reported and closed as not an issue.
On the PC there is a way to remove them and recover them.
But the tablet does not have this option, but apparently has some of this code that can be triggered somehow.
Can this be looked into this time and not dismissed outright?

    Tap the bottom-left corner of the screen, right below the clock.

    On my word. Thank you so much.
    I still think there is a bug because I can load a working game, save it, load it and have the bar gone missing.
    But thanks for helping me.
