Problem with Aerie movement speed

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I just got Aerie into the group. However I notice for some reason she walk slower than everyone else for some reason. Shes not encumbered or anything. I do have the BG2 tweaks mod installed. So I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. But I dont know.

If you can help, would be appreciated

    I've actually had this same problem myself. All I can offer is to go back to an earlier save. Once this corruption, or whatever it is, occurs it seems to stick to the character.
    I've checked inventory and tried to "fix" the problem with Shadow Keeper, but nothing seems to work.
