[IWD:EE] A toggle to turn off summon scaling in HoF

In Icewind Dale summon scaling actually makes HoF mode easier than normal mode if you use summons to tank, because your summons scale in exactly the same way as the enemies, and the extra exp means you'll always have more powerful summons than you would have otherwise. This also changes the balance dynamic of the game to ignore defense entirely and focus exclusively on dealing more damage while completely safe from harm.

The only other effects I can think of that ignore HoF entirely are save or die's that have no HP check, which are extremely rare.

I notice you guys added a toggle that removes the bonus exp from insane difficulty and thought I'd mention this as a way to unleash true fury mode. It makes level 1 HoF runs substantially...more complicated.

You've all done an excellent job and I'm looking forward to legacy of Bhaal mode and SoD.
