Stratagems install, missing CRE files

when i try install Remove the Shield of Balduran from the game and Ascension versions of Irenicus and Sendai use SCS abilities and AI Stragems say im missing some CRE files. must i somehow rename these or donwload them from somwhere or what? all other components install succesfully expect these two.
