[Dupe #11042] Quickslot spells not refunding on rest

I'm playing with a Dragon Disciple Human. When I set some spells into quickslots, they show up as 0-uses left after I rest making me re-quickslot them. For sure ones that don't work are Magic Missles and Haste. Animate dead does.
