Bring back lost character sounds from the original IWD.

Many character sounds are missing in IWDEE. In reporting some of these missing voice set sounds as bugs (Examples: there being only two "injury" sounds and one "being moved to the leader position" sound in Enhanced Edition vs five and two sounds respectively in the original) I was informed by Troodon80 that these sounds were removed on purpose in order to bring Enhanced Edition in line with the Baldur's Gate II engine and using CRE V1.0 and CHR V2.0 and that these probably won't change without inventing new file structures.

My question is: if this is the case and new file structures would be needed, is it possible to implement new structures to restore the sounds from the original Icewind Dale? Losing authentic material from the original IWD is moving Enhanced Edition in the opposite direction of being enhanced. Having half the character sounds in a play through makes the game a bit monotonous and it loses some of the excitement and appeal of the original. Bring the sounds back please?
