Well, none really. Traps are another matter though. Some Mages use Melf's, but that's not their strong suit. The slimes use an attack similiar in nature but I do not believe that "Protection from Acid" prevents damage (I've been wrong many times before though). As it is possibly the least likely attack, curious as to why you ask.
@Lord_Savage - do you mean in BG or D&D monsters in general? Well, most Slimes and Oozes use acidic attacks, then there are Ankhegs, Black Dragons, Digesters, Flumphs, Giant Slugs, ..Archers using Acid Arrows.. Spellcasters using acidic spells.., etc.
