Having problems with the Unfinished business Boo kidnapping quest

Hello al,

I posted this to the BG2EE forum, but perhaps this is a better place to post it.
I'm trying to do the Boo's kidnapping quest, but as soon as my party approaches the Sea's Bounty
tavern to talk to Billy, he disappears, as in he literally vanishes as soon as my party walks into view.
I'm at the latest UB version (26, I believe?). Is there a way I can re-spawn Billy via the console? Is there some
other workaround that I can use to get Billy back to the outside of the tavern?
