Anybody installed this 'Super Ultimate Portrait Pack'?

I tried this out and I really like how you don't have to click "Custom" to select the portrait, and if you select a Female character it only scrolls through the female portraits and vice versa for male ones. There is over 500 quality portraits in this pack, probably the best one I've come across.
Unfortunately it seems to be bugged with the latest version of BG:EE. I had some weird bugs and a crash when I tried to play with it ( https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/44363/strange-bugs#latest )
Has anybody figured out how to get this to work as the author intended? I can easily take the BMP files and move them to the Portraits folder but I actually like how the installation works where you aren't fishing through all the individual files. It's much easier to scroll right or left in character creation without using the aggravating default custom portrait selection.
