Can't find Cleric Ranger Spells line in baldur.ini file

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
So I rolled up a Cleric/Ranger for BGEE to take into siege of dragonspear, and I read that the class no longer gets full access to druid spells. I also read that you can fix this by going inot the baldur.ini file and changing the Cleric Ranger Spells line from 1 to 0. When I go into what I believe to be my ini file, using word pad, I dont see any Cleric Ranger Spells line. What am I doing wrong?

    BGEE does not yet have any restrictions. So you won't need to edit baldur.ini there

    OK, great, its only in BGEE 2. I wonder what will be done in Siege of Dragonspear. Thanks Elminster
