assassination & sneak attack

Currently I'm running a solo elf theif/wildmage... I have a mod that allows HLAs.. I usually play Iwd with sneak attack. When I get assassination HLA.. Will it work with sneak attack?

    Effect: Every attack in the next round will be a backstab, using the rogue's current backstab multiplier. May be taken once only


    It's a sneak attack that doesnt require stealth.
