Cross Platform for Windows?

Just to make sure, does Windows PC get cross platform too? I see alot of mac users talking about it, but some of us arent rich enough to pay apples premium for a Mac Desktop/Laptop.

Im new by the way, I cant wait for this come out, I've been playing Baldur's Gate since my father bought me a copy back in the 90s at a Comptuer show and loved it ever since.

    I mean being able to load my Windows version save onto my Ipad and continue playing where I left off, then transfer it back over to my PC version when I get back from wherever I went.

    yes, this will be possible

    Yes it will be - but possibly not at launch. It will likely be a feature which will be patched in afterwards to get working correctly.
