Looking for "MPSounds.bif" in German (from TotSC)

Hello,

is anybody in the possession of the file "MPSounds.bif" of the German version of "Tales of the Sword Coast"? I would like to dabble a bit with the conversion to German with some of the sound sets and would like to find this file. The old links over at Kerzenburg are dead. If anyone knows a download link, I'd be much obliged.
