@Noloir - this question usually arises when someone is playing through Rasaad's quest and struggling to reach the new Cloud Peaks area which becomes visible on the world map after a certain point in that quest.
If that's your situation, then the answer is to
go to the Nashkel Mine map, and walk off the south edge of that map to access the Cloud Peaks area.
(Perhaps oddly, the Cloud Peaks area does not become accessible from any of the areas which look closer to it than the Nashkel Mine map - but if you compare travelling times, those closer-looking areas are actually further away ... presumably this is meant to be due to difficult terrain when approaching from any other direction, or some such explanation.)
... you find a note on the corpses after defeating Sorrem and his Dark Moon buddies, on the upper floor of their hideout near to the Seven Suns building.
[Note: both the in-game text and the voice-over claim that the hideout is "in" the Seven Suns building, which is false. Actually it's in a nearby building.]
