Are Licenses tranferable?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hello, I bought an android license for BG:EE via Google Play Store several months ago. As a long time BG player, I would now be interested to play it on my desktop too, in addition with BG2:EE and the EET mod.
Is this android license valid for windows or linux (preferably) too, or do I have to get an additional license of the game(s) for each platform/device combination? TIA

    I'm pretty sure it's a separate buy. Otherwise there'd be something like an option to choose your platform.
