Does sister Garlena stick around after the Watcher's Keep quest is complete?

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
I'm talking about the shopkeep knight near the entrance to the dungeon.
I'm asking so I know whether to sell her Items I might want to buy back later.
I'm guessing the Saradush inn is not accessible once I break the siege and leave the city?

    ... is gone once WK is fully completed.


    Tankard Tree Tavern ...
    You can (and indeed necessarily do) get out of Saradush before the Siege is over, and Saradush (including the Tankard Tree Tavern) continues to be accessible at that stage (i.e. you can get in and out of the city). Once the Siege is finally over, however ... then no, you can no longer go back to Saradush.
