Hand of Dace Statue wont open his mouth

Hey guys, i started to play some bg 2 ee.
i have encountered some bugs already, those i could fix my self.
But now i am realy stuck at Escaping the esylum, i have got the hand and the crystal
still i cant pass him:( no clue what to do now.
i did put my char in the attached file.
can some help me with this, i am getting pissed off by it:(

    Hi, updating to the latest version, 1.3.2064, should fix this problem (I just tried it with your save).

    First thing you should check with any bug: Is your game udated.
