Strange resolution

Hi,
I just installed BG:EE, and the resolution seems to be very low. When I zoom in, it's almost blurry. It gets a bit better when I zoom all out, but I prefer to zoom in so I can see the avatars. I can't figure out where in the settings I can change it.
Also, is it possible to change the double purple circle around the avatar to the original single green circle? Or even better, remove it entirely.
Cheers,
J.

Maybe there's something in the baldur.ini or some other config file, but someone else would have to advise you about that. Options->Gameplay->Feedback->Colored Markers is a button which lets you restore the old all-green markers.
Options->Gameplay->Feedback->Marker Feedback is a slider which lets you control who has markers - at minimum setting, it'll be used only for the selected character.
I have better news regarding the circles. In the Options => Gameplay screen there is a button called Feedback. That button leads to another screen. There you can switch between colored double circles and green single circles by toggling 'Colored Markers', and you can remove the circles by pulling the 'Marker Feedback' slider all the way to the left.
Edit: Ninja'd!
Another one. Does anyone know why the battle music never ends?
I mean, battle music is great and all, but it gets a bit tiresome when you have to listen to it all the time.

This bug was already known before the last patch, but unfortunately the devs couldn't figure out exactly what was causing it, so they couldn't fix it in the last patch. Latest I hear is that some hero eventually managed to pin down a reliable way to reproduce the fault, so we can hope that they'll finally be able to fix it in the forthcoming patch.
