Monster spawns replaced by different kind or disappear after reload

When I get ambushed in wilderness and choose to reload, monster pack will disappear or get replaced with different kind. Few examples:
- Pack of dread wolves in Cloakwood disappeared after reload.
- Almost all packs of archers in Peldvale get replaced by black bears. Bye bye arrows of ice.
- Pack of guards in Cloakwood replaced by tasloi.
It's understandable when random spawn gets replaced by different random spawn. But those bandit archers are put there by design and shouldn't become black bears.
I have noticed this behavior back in 2012 and chose not to play, because it was game breaking for me. It's sad to see this wasn't fixed yet.

    How do you know the replaced bandits archers aren't random spawns?

    Well apparently they're random spawns. But this EE behavior is breaking immersion. Even packs that I haven't encountered yet, but was close enough during reload, are disappearing.

    But reloading wouldn't break immersion otherwise?

    When my main char gets killed by an archer there is no other option but reload.
