G3 Mods Not Installing

I finally got everything working and figured out how to install mods in a Beamdog version of IWD:EE. I installed a couple of mods including the BG2 tweaks and Convenience mod. Then I realised the BG2 Tweaks weren't working so I investigated and found that there was an updated G3 version of the mods specifically for IWD:EE. So I downloaded them, uninstalled all the BG2 Tweaks and then deleted the BG2 Tweaks folders. But for some reason the G3 ones won't install. I keep getting an error message saying that the various .ITM files cannot be found for copy.

Is there any way to fix this? Traps are driving me nuts.
